To file a claim for online orders in accordance with Central Steel & Wire's Conditions and Terms of Sale, please contact your sales rep or call the Customer Service Center at 800-621-8510. You must have the following information in order to for us to process your claim: the purchase date, the original sales order number, the item number and a description of the defect.
